Salt chamber therapy, or halotherapy, is a spa treatment where you relax in a room with salt-coated walls while breathing in microscopic salt particles dispersed from a machine called a halogenerator. During the session, you will relax in a comfortable chair and inhale the dry, aerosolized salt particles, which penetrate the respiratory system and skin to potentially help with conditions like allergies, asthma, and eczema, while also offering stress relief.
