Is it painful?

Treatment area will first be numbed. Most clients report mild to moderate discomfort. A pin prick sensation will be felt, especially over the forehead, cheekbones and lips. When needling is complete there is no lingering discomfort, but the client may report that the treated skin feels hot and tight.

Treated skin is typically mildly red, which will settle down into a speckled redness for the first hour or so and typically resolves within

4 to 24 hours.
